Zune not recognized in wife's login but is on mine
This is really vexing... I got a zune for my wife for the holiday...
The first time we plugged it in we had no problems with the app or syncing...
Now, when the app starts up its says it detected "mers" on the bottom right corner, but it is not recognized in the syncing menu... very weird stuff... when i look in the option menu the zune is not available... the zune itself says connected.
I also get an error message stating zune was aunable to connect Error Code FlashNotInstalled
In my Login i have no problems the app recognizes everything, it works perfectly fine...
I just want to get to the bottom of the this issue... could it be a registry edit issue in her login?
I have read other forums including this one and people are getting replacement cables for an issue that sounds similar to mine... i don't think the cables are the issues... its something else
