Default SanDisk Service is way Below Average.

My 256k miniSD failed after a few months. It took about a week just to get it set up to send it back to them. Then after a couple more weeks go by I get this from them:

"Thank you for your update inquiring about your RMA. We apologize for the delay that you have experienced. Unfortunately availability of some products has been impacted due to strong sales, thus your order could not be processed any sooner. Please allow 3-5 weeks for order to ship. We will try to have order pull in for a sooner date, if product is available. Please note that updates to the status of your RMA, including Estimated Ship Date, as well as Actual Ship Date and Tracking Number, are posted to your eBox. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
RMA Coordinator
SanDisk Corporation"

3-5 weeks??? Pathetic service for a defective product. "Strong Sales"? they must be refering to all of those SanDisk products I see hanging on the hooks in the stores, getting dusty.
