Cellphone companies submitted the domain names to the FCC, and the list deals only with sites that send spam to cellphones. Sites on the list have 30 days to stop transmitting unwanted e-mail messages, unless the recipient has given permission to receive the message." It will be interesting to see what becomes of this list after 30 days.
