I agree with you sven, the SMT5600 is finicky about what kind of USB charger you use. It doesn't like most of the third party USB chargers. It needs special wiring.
Yea, but revolution.cx seems to be doing OK, and I have no reason to doubt it. I wouldn't mind hearing specifically what charger/cable is being used. Like I said, I have a fairly wide assortment, and no go.

I am using the Motorola MPx200 (yes 200) USB car charger. And it works with the SMT5600 (or I should say SP3i). I got it for $2.00, when AT&T merged with Cingular and decided to dump the product. :-)

I would like to hear from revolution.cx too. :?

The 200 had a mini usb jack? My 220 sure doesn't. Or are you just talking about an DC adapter for the 200 that has a USB jack and you are using the provided SMT5600 cable?

MPx200 had a mini-USB connector. :-) And I am using the MPx200 USB Car Charger. It came with the mini-USB cable.

The MPX220 sure doesn't. Guess they weren't selling enough proprietary chargers and sync cables :?
