Okay I am more than a little narked by this:
l use Itunes to organise all my music and to listen to American music. This is a free download and it is in Itunes interests for me to have the latest version.
I use Quicktime on occasion and there are some features available in the pro version which were useful enough that I bought it (with real money too)
So, today Itunes offer me an upgrade which I decide to download since it is free and I use it. And here is where I have a BIG issue.
During the install it prompts me to install Quicktime for which I will have to Pay to reown the Pro version.
Why should I have to pay extra to keep the Pro version of software I have paid for (and do not require an upgrade for) in order to obtain a free upgrade for free software which was offered to me when I opened the program.
I am really angry about this!! Does anyone know a way round this or who I can complain to?
Thanks for listening to my rant (good job you cannot post podcasts  )
TIA
Giles
