I had been using it with great success. I just modified the location it saved it's podcasts to a directory I was already monitoring with my Zune and everything worked like a champ. However, I had to uninstall it as it appears it's not compatible with Vista. The install works fine but as soon as I start it up I see the Juice logo and then a pop-up telling me there were errors and to check the log. So I'm looking at other options and hoping there will be an update to support Vista.
