Home Screen Customizer
Introducing "Home Screen Customizer".
This app allows you to rearrange the home screen panels to your liking by simply press & hold then drag the panels around (See left most screenshot). You can also add or remove panels such as the favorite contacts, weather, and search panels. Hopefully I'll have time to write more.

Features in v1.3:
- Rearrange home screen panels by press&hold and then drag

- Set a Microsoft panel as your default (instead of the clock)
- Allows other panel developers to show add form or edit form
Getting Weather for Non-US Cities
Unfortunately I didn't have time to implement UI for city search, but in the zipcode text box you can type in anything that MSN weather supports.
1) Go to http://weather.msn.com
2) Find your city using the search box at the top left
3) Then use the part of the web address just after "wealocations".
For example, the following web address you should use "wc:UKXX0085" as the zipcode.
