Handango for non-us developers
"To help our International Software Partners manage the costs of depositing U.S. checks, we hold payment to Software Partners based outside of the United States until the account balance reaches $250 USD. The minimum balance for US checks is $250."
Anyone know what happens if/when you eventually close your account and are owed say $150, do they send you the final payment even though it doesn't meet the minimum? I can't find reference to that, the samsung store has the same high minimum, but they specify clearly that if you leave them, final payment will be made.
