Apple Bumps Time Capsule Capactity to 2TB
"Apple has quietly upgraded its Time Capsule product, introducing a new higher capacity model, but kept prices unchanged." 
Basically they kept the price points the same at $499.00 USD and $299.00 USD, but doubled the capacity at each level. They also have some refurbed 500GB Time Capsules available for $199.00 USD.
