Tilt-Shift Lenses: Miniaturized Fun

If you've never seen what fun can be had with a tilt-shift lens, check out the video above. It's a great example of how convincing the "miniature" effect can look - our eyes and brains can be easily fooled into thinking that we're watching some computer-rendered animation of a miniature city. This collection of photos is equally mind-bending - it's really hard to believe that the photo of the red classic car isn't a small model. My brain keeps saying "Don't believe what the text on that Web site says, it's a model car!". Amazing stuff - have a great weekend everyone!
