C00D12D7 Error: ...
Thank goodness for this forum. I don't know what's going on over at Zune.net support. I can't fine a simple contact page.
I joined the ZunePass less than a week ago. Now I'm getting an error when I try to play a subscription album.

When I go under Account/Computers and Devices its totally empty.
I know that I'm only using one computer and one Zune device. its alway been that way.
I followed to the instructions here and here to no avail.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Even it is a pointer to the Zune support contact information/page.
