trouble with pad
i live for music, and there isnt a minute in my day where my 4gb zune is not in my pocket or in my ears.
but for the past 2 monthes or so, ive noticed the pad and buttons have been incorrect. for example: while listeing to a song, eveytime i try to change it by pressing the left or right side of the pad, the volume shoots down to 0 and it freezes, and it gets very annoying
ive had my zune for just under a year. i got it last chirstmas. i use it everyday, but im carefull not to drop it and take pretty good care of it and charge it everyday.
any suggestions about whats wrong and what i can do to help it? PLEASE?!
