Default Internet Sharing Application Broken on Blackjack II

I am trying to set up internet sharing on my new Blackjack II. I found the Internet Sharing application in the \Windows Directory. When I select Internet Sharing I get an

ALERT: Can't find ':MSINTERNET_SHARING' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available.

How do I get this working? If I need to reinstall where do I download the software?

I found the instructions from ATT on how to set up Internet Sharing (they really hid the Internet Sharing application) here but I can't start Internet Sharing so I am stuck. http://www.wireless.att.com/answer-c...287&isSrch=Yes

I've search ATT, Samsung and the web without success.
