I have the same problem, I have tried all the recomendations (Including the installation of the "new" MS reader version that was created for Windows PD ver. 5) without sucess. I found here a post sugg esting a patch that was available in the HP support center however the link displayed there is not available anymore and I din not find a solution in The HP help center nor in Microsoft. Can you belive this?.
