Activesync Error
Not sure if this topic has been posted before, if it has could someone just posted the link.
My problem is that when I try to sync my phone, UTStarcom 6700, I get the Activesync error as follows:
Activesync encountered a problem on the desktop.
Support Code: 85010014
I am currently using Outlook 2007 and have Norton protection software install on my laptop. I went to the Microsoft website and they say to upgrade to Activesync 4.5. There lies the problem. When I upgrade to 4.5, that is when my syncing problems began. Everything was working fine until I upgraded.
I have since tried to uninstall 4.5 and put 4.0 back on my PPC, but to no avail. I also did a hard reset on my phone, and now it sits lifeless on my desk, no contacts or calendar entries in there.
Please help!!
