Default HELP!! TomTom killed my I-paq

Dear any1 who can help.

I just got TomTom 6 the one that came with an Austraila map.. and it was really great until about a week ago when the sound stopped working....
this was in my i-paq. h2200... so i tried in my hx2400 and the sound didn't work at all...

The sound not working with the softwhere is ok.. but tomtom has managed to remove the sound drivers completely.. ands even doing a full blown hard reset... it wont reload the drivers... this is a problem as i use my I-Paq as a mp3 player as well...
Is there anyone out there who can shed some light on this... or who has possible had this problem...

In the ipaq h2200 i am running windows mobile 2003..
in the i-paq hx2400 i am running windows mobile 5.0..
other then being make by HP they are different devices.. different generations...

can some1 please help..

thanks
