O2 Germany Launches The Xda Orbit 2
"The Germany carrier today announced its latest Windows Mobile 6 Professional smartphone. Powered by a Qualcomm MSM7200 CPU at 400 MHz, the O2 Xda orbit 2 features inbuilt GPS capabilities as well as it supports quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE and triband UMTS/HSDPA up to 3.6 Mbps. Furthermore it sports Bluetooth 2.0+EDR and WiFi b/g as well as a 3 megapixel camera and a second front facing camera for video telephony and has an internal memory of 128 MB RAM and 256 MB ROM."
The Xda Orbit 2 is based on HTC's Polaris platform, which as you can see carries some serious hardware specs. The Orbit 2 will also feature HTC's TouchFlo technology, and will be available in December at a price of 99 Euros on a 24 month contract.

Ooooh, my Orbit is going to get a younger brother as company. :-)
(Hopefully O2 will release it here in the UK - and not get sidetracked by that iphone also-ran it's about to release ;-))

Wow nice design! Just when I was thinking of getting the P3600 (Trinity) this one pops up. If an unlocked one comes prior to Christmas I might just pick this up. I also like the fact that it has an FM Radio - something sorely missing from today's PPC line-ups.

This is a good specification for a PPC, I like it.
