Default Mobility Site Reviews The HTC Mogul

http://mobilitysite.com/2007/10/rev...west-htc-mogul/

"In my opinion the Mogul has all the features of a great PDA and a pretty decent phone as well. Finally, I dont have to choose either one or the other! This is what convergence was meant to be. Overall, Id give the HTC Mogul a rating of 8.5 out of 10. Id put it on my highly recommended list of devices. In fact, its now at the top of my personal Want list."

Holy HTC Device Reviews Batman! Yesterday I posted on a HTC Titan/Mogul review done overseas, today we're looking at the Qwest Mogul, tested out here in the US. Overall I'm a big fan of this device, whatever you want to call it. If I wasn't a GSM customer (and darn happy I am), I'd probably pick a Mogul for my daily driver (It would be weird to have to stick to one device...!)

Oh that really hurt... US CDMA guys (and gals) having to wait for our :bad-words: carrier to get off their :bad-words: to provide a device like this.

Sigh...

Unless you know of a way I can get this device to work on verizon...???

I'm eagerly awaiting the Touch. There will be a firmware update in Jan 08 that will enable Rev A and GPS in both the Touch and the Mogul. Take that, Kaiser!

Where did you hear that?

Enable GPS? Carrier subscription service? I doubt they will enable standalone.

My biggest complaint with this device is not enough RAM. I don't think I will get another WM6 device with less than 128mb RAM.

Sprint will lose me soon though.. Oh wonderful 9502...

Rev A is coming, yes.
GPS--nothing definitive yet, either way.

I monitor the "big 4" Mogul forums religiously, and this is the first time I've heard of this. If there's something you know that we don't, please share how you found this out!

It has 128 RAM.
Specs list it as having only 64MB RAM, but a 256MB flash memory (storage) with about 165MB free.

Only a 400MHz processor, only 64MB RAM, only a QVGA screen. I don't see anything special about this device.
