Default My apologies...iPAQ 3900/WM2003 upgrade
My apologies to all who attempted to download the iPAQ 3900 series Windows Mobile 2003 upgrade from the website I set up.

I've moved the file to what I believe will be a more reliable file hosting service, and invite any who are still interested to download the upgrade from there.
