Why 6700 wont let me log into some sites

Default Why 6700 wont let me log into some sites
now when i try to bring up sites to log into like gmail, lycos and even skype (the software logs in) and try to log into their webpages it always comes back like i put in the wrong pw... but i know they are right because i always come home and put in same pw.... is there a setting or something on my phone causing this?????
