2215 is not charging

Default 2215 is not charging
My 2215 stopped charging a couple of weeks ago. I have two batteries so I put one in the charger while I use the other one on my 2215.

But when I put my 2215 in the charger the light doesn't come on and it doesn't charge.

I am in Mexico right now and can't send it away to PPC Techs. Any idea what might be wrong and/or how to fix it?
