Default straight up beginner

Okay - is there a beginners how-to manual (in other words - dummy directions) on how to create interactive web forms for pocket pc's? The most I have ever done with designing any kind of forms is I created a couple a few years ago in Microsoft Access for my desktop machine. Other than that, I don't know much of anything when it comes to design and code in any language.

Yes - I could get our IT department to work on this, but my pet projects are down at the bottom of the list - in other words - 5 years from now.

I just want to create a couple of simple forms that my employees can use on their pocket pc's. They fill in the fields, hit the submit button and off it goes either via e-mail or into a back end databse on a server - via wi-fi.

Besides - I really want to learn how to do this on my own anyway instead of asking someone to do it for me.

So,... dummy instruction books out there?

Thanks!
