My Vario2 vibrate just stopped working. Any ideas?

Default My Vario2 vibrate just stopped working. Any ideas?
The vibrate function on my Vario2 (aka HTC Hermes) just stopped working. All the settings are still available, and the software behaves as if the vibrate is working, but the unit doesn't shake - not even the faintest of tremors. Any ideas?
