"From Brian of Hackszine through Makezine, here's a cool video tutorial on how you can play Atari 2600 games on your Windows Mobile device using the STELLA emulator. And I can attest to it working fine on Windows Mobile 6."
I have to admit, I had to look this up before I knew what it was. While the name Atari is familiar to me, the 2600 was not - turns out it was before even my time . The Stella emulator actually runs on a whole slew of platforms, so if you're game for a trip down memory lane, here's your chance.

That comment sure dates you - as extremely young... and perhaps a little nave when it comes to history of console gaming.

TBH honest, I've never been comfortable with consoles - my gaming started on a PC (actually microcomputers) back in 1976. Graduated to an Apple II in 1978, and IBM PC in 1982. I'm certainly no expert on consoles

I just dug out my old Atari 2600, 7800 and original NES a few days ago. It'd be cool to hook them back up if I could find TV adapters. The memories. Lol
I have a drawer full of 2600 games. I've been playing 2600 games on my PPC's for a few years now thanks to the emulators. It amazes me how I have over 100 of my personal atari roms on my device and it uses less than 64 megs of space.
