Navizon (Virtual GPS Solution) Version 3 Now Includes Maps
"Mexens Technology announced today the release of a new version of Navizon with many new exciting features. With this new version of Navizon you can now: see where you are on a map... see the whereabouts of your friends or coworkers right from your mobile device... create groups where users sharing a same interest can display the location of other group member... see or create geotags around you, to find out what others had to say about a specific place, whether it is a restaurant, a tourist attraction or anything else."
You may recall a prior post regarding the Navizon GPS service. By leveraging your existing Wi-Fi and/or cellular signals, GPS locational data can be processed to your Pocket PC without the need for an actual GPS receiver. The newest version now comes with its own maps which allow you to view location information for yourself and/or any friends using the Navizon service. So if you're interested in GPS functionality but can't afford the up-front costs involved with the GPS hardware and software, check this out. As always, let us know if you've tried this yourself.

so this will works with verizon treo 700w and xv6700 with out some big attachment connected to it?????? it will work thru my evdo???????
