Can you download TiVo recordings to a PPC?
I would like to download TiVo records to my PPC. Unfortunately, the list of supported devices for their "TiVo to Go" option does not include my Samsung SPH-i700. I've tried some obvious workarounds (like using Microsoft's Windows Media Encoder), without success. I suspect that I could always burn a DVD, then rip the DVD. However, is there a simpler and quicker approach? Are there any software packages that can convert a .tivo file to .wmv format?
