Default 0X8004010F - Sync issues?

I get the following several times a day in the Sync Issues folder in desktop Outlook with an Exchange account on 4SmartPhone:

Quote:
hh:mm:ss Synchronizer Version 11.0.8000
hh:mm:ss Synchronizing Mailbox 'user'
hh:mm:ss Done
hh:mm:ss Microsoft Exchange offline address book
hh:mm:ss 0X8004010F
Sometimes there will be more info there, due to the fact that something has changed on my end or the server end.

Is there any way to disable the delivery of these notifications, or at least to receive them only when there is an actual synchronization issue?

Did you do any searching for the error?

From what I have read about it, the error is related to data corruption, so, what it sounds like is that there really is a synchronization issue it just might not be an issue to you

Can't really give you much advice on how to track it down, however.

Good luck,

I found the following MSKB article today (funny how it didn't show up when I googled 8004010F two days ago):

You receive an 0x8004010F error message when you try to synchronize the offline address list on an Exchange Server 2003 server in Outlook 2003

We're using Outlook 2003 and syncing with Exchange 2003, so it looks like (I'm hoping) this is probably the issue.

This has been happening since the very beginning of both Exchange accounts - one's around three months old, the other one's two weeks old. Running Scanost on each computer comes up with nothing, so if it is data corruption, it's not on this end.

Maybe I'll give 4SmartPhone a holler.
