Default favorite recipes (must be... healthy and quick)

i am trying to become a cooking buff of sorts. list your favorite/fast recipes here (and here's my little contribution):

If you like a filet of salmon, here's how I prepare mine...

What you need:
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Black Pepper
- Thinly sliced lemons and carrots (mainly for a slight kick and garnish)

Preparation:
Let's say you have a 1/2 pound of salmon... basically apply the seasonings first by sprinkling a couple pinches of salt, then sprinkle garlic powder just enough to cover top surface, then black pepper according to preference. Then take mayo and spread over salmon and seasonings. This part is really up to how much you want on there, but I like mine to be a thin layer enough to just cover the top once again.

Cook Time:
Oven should be set at 425 degrees (bake) and let salmon cook for about 10-11min, or at least till you see the mayo brown a little.
