Need recommendations for video converters I need to convert the following:

 Source files: MPEG4; 640x480; 48 bit audio

 Format required:
 1. (for an iPod) MPEG4; 320x240; 150kbps; 30 fps; audio @ 96kbps and 44KHz

 2. (for a Palm or PPC) Microsoft mpeg-4 video codec V3; keyframe every 8sec; 320by240; 120kbps 30fps; audio 80kbps 44khz

I didn't choose these formats, so please don't tell me they're a bad choice because I can't do anything about that - I think they were chosen for widest compatibility with built-in players. This is for a commercial operation where we own the source video and will be making the down-converted stuff available for download. We need software which will handle the conversion process in as close to a fully-automated fashion as possible, and which will produce really nice, good-to-watch results. We don't have a problem with processing capability and we will, of course, be happy to pay for the software, providing it does a good job.

I appreciate any suggestions you might have.

 Martin.
