Default .Net CF 2.0
Will you deploy .Net CF 2 apps? As opposed to deploying apps that will work with .Net CF 1.

The problem that I see is that if you deploy a 2.0 app that for example takes advantage of the POOM implementation, you would have to also create a 1.0 version of the same app and as a result have to juggle the two different versions.

Your other option would be to include the 2.0 .Net CF framework with your distribution and have it take up space on the customer's device if they're using a device running WM 2003 or earlier.

To me it's best to wait if possible until 2.0 .Net CF is a little more common place (in other words, more devices come with it installed already).
