SmartRss 2.1 Released With Today Screen Support
"BeetzStream SmartRss is a Rss news reader and podcast manager. With BeetzStream SmartRss 2.1, you are not only can read your favorite RSS news on your Pocket PC, you can also directly download and listen to podcasts on your Pocket PC without a desktop computer, if your PPC has a net connection"
SmartRss is one of the few PPC RSS & Podcast tools that includes a today plugin, and it actually looks (to me) to be quite useful. If you haven't invested in software for RSS downloading and are interested in getting started, they have a demo version available, and sell the retail version for $14.99 at their site!

I always like alternatives, but PocketRSS does the same thing
I always like to see another alternative to what I am already using, but PocketRSS from HappyJackRoad.net does tha same thing and the Today Plug-in also works within PocketBreeze. And PocketRSS only cost $5.95 versus $14.99. Just thought I would throw that one out there. PocketRSS works for me and seems quite stable as I have been using it for about a year now.
If curious its at; http://www.happyjackroad.net/pocketp.../pocketRSS.asp

I agree. I've been using PocketRSS since February and I think I stick with it, especailly because of the today screen settings ie font colour etc, although I did like the way SmartRSS rendered the webpage when you clicked on the link.
