Default Sprint Plans To Put BlackBerry Connect On PalmOS devices

http://www.computerworld.com/mobiletopics/mobile/story/0,10801,105088,00.html

"Sprint Nextel Corp., the nation's third-largest operator, plans to roll out BlackBerry Connect on Palm OS devices next year, Eric Martin, manager of business device marketing, said in an interview at CTIA. The company is responding to customer requests, he said. Sprint currently offers Palm Inc. Treo handhelds running Palm OS."

It seems Palm is playing all sides as it tries to break new ground into the enterprise market. Last week, Palm announced the Treo 700w, the Windows Mobile 5 powered Treo that will initially only be available on the Verizon network. This venture with Microsoft was to allow Palm to gain more share in the enterprise space.
