What's in your travel bag?
Inspired by the Gizmodo articles, what's in your travelbag?
When you go on a trip, what gadgets and tech toys are always with you? Explain what you take and why you take it, etc.
8)
(don't read Gizmodo? Take a look at this for an example)

First... the bag:
For just about any trip, I carry the Under Armour Corporate Brief bag. Big enough to fit a day or two's clothes, a notebook, and all the random gadgets you might need. Small enough to fit under an airplane seat or in overhead storage. Lots of padding to protect my gear. Kickass bag.
Ipaq PDA with PCMCIA sleeve
An older PDA, but still does the job, and is great to have along on little weekend trips. The PCMCIA sleeve gives me access to Wifi networks, and a 2GB HDD allows me to watch movies on long flights. The ability to chat, check and reply to email, and surf the web from a tiny device is a huge plus. Add my IRDA stowaway keyboard and I'll stay a happy camper for a good while.
20GB Apple iPod
Lots of music, and it's a portable hard drive. I don't think this needs any more explanation. I also pack a retractable USB cable for use while on the road.
Nintendo GBA SP
Gaming on a PDA is ok... but it just can't compete with the bazillion games available on the GameBoy. Plus, if I don't play games on my PDA, that means more battery time for surfing the web and watching movies.
Koss KSC50 headphones
Cheap, and sound great.
Sony f505 digital camera
I have had this camera forever, and still really like it. Takes great pictures, isn't too big, and the battery life is great.
Penguin Cinamon caffeinated mints
Mints are always handy to have... especially on long flights that tend to make my mouth feel dry and nasty. Cinnamon goodness.
Um... and I think that's about it. If it's longer than a few days, I might take my Tablet PC from work or my personal Vaio... but I try to avoid taking a notebook computer with the recent crackdowns on security.

Well, I usually grab the following:
1. Pocket PC (With accessories to charge from any available place, and accessories for WiFi).
2. Notebook PC.
3. Headphones
And miscellaneous things depending on where I'm going. The bag? Usually a targus backpack.

As far as gadgets go:
Pocket PC
Targus Backpack
Charging cable
Misc. cards (WIFI, storage w/movies, books and music)
USB CF and SD card readers
Headphones
Cell phone
GPS (although it depends on where I am going)
Digital Camera
I think that's it (but if I think of anything else, I'll edit my post)

Well, I laughed when I first read this post, because earlier this morning my wife mentioned that we can open a small electronic shop when we travel together.
2 laptops -- mine is an entertainment laptop, hers is a 'serious' workhorse laptop
2 digital cameras -- minolta F300 and sigma SD9
4 handphones -- mine is motorola T720 and V600, hers is mpx200 and V70
2 koss canal headphones
Axim X5
1 axim charger, 1 motorola charger (for all 4 handphones), 1 nimh AA charger
Spare batteries (axim spare, motorola spares, lots of niMH AA, sigma spare) and a custom-made-variable-voltage battery pack containing 4 D-sized niMH batteries for emergencies.
Memory cards -- mostly SDs, with some CFs for the sigma.
Not to mention her beauty pack (quite an astonishing assortment of cosmetics, perfume, brushes, hair and skin treatments)
Lets just say that I hardly travel light anymore =)

10Gb iPod (early adopter ops: )
Headphones
Cables, chargers etc

Cuddly teddy to remind me of my hunny.
All squeezed tight into a Targus backpack.

I squeeze into my POD.....
Canon S1
Zaurus C860
Charger for Zaurus
Charger for phone - phone's on my belt
Earbuds
WiFi card
Spare batteries for S1
If I need my laptop, I take my Hartmann briefcase as well. Often I get everything in there but leave the camera at home.
Edit: I decided this was too much of a squeeze - I have to take the Zaurus out of it's case and pretty much force it in. Found a super price on Podzilla so that will make things easier.

It'd be great if you guys also mention what kind of bag you use to carry those items in. I'm in the market for a new bag.
