30% off 624MHz Dell Axim X30: Get 'Em While They're Hot!
Yes, kids, you heard right. You can get a brand spankin' new 624MHz Dell Axim X30 for $368.90. That price includes an extra battery, USB cradle, 3 year warranty and free shipping. 8O The catch? The coupon code S91WLGSTLD37FJ expires at 7AM on 6/29. This is a strong unit, so if you're in the market (or have some cash to burn), you should probably consider this promotion rather seriously.
EDIT: I just noticed that the "Preliminary Ship Date" is currently 7/28/04, so you'll have to wait awhile to actually receive the unit.

It's not that strong, MHz isn't everything. The speed increase is negligable over the A620 or the A716, and the one big reason you'd WANT 600mhz, gaming, there's button lag in many games.

How long have you had your X30, Sponge? Just curious what causes the button lag...

Jason, I think you said this is your primary PPC now. How do you like it? Would you recommend it?

True, but for the extra $20 you'd spend on this package, you get the extended battery and a 3 year warranty instead of a 1 year warranty. Those options added to the $349 unit would bring the price up to $527.

does this one use any of the new ati/intel/nvidia graphic chipsets? if not, I wouldnt bother. They should be right around the corner and you will see a video performance increase comparativly to night and day.

I dont think they are right around the corner. None of the new models that are coming out in the next month or two that have been announced/revealed have said anything about those "chipsets".

That is a very good price with an extra battery and a 3 year warrenty. I've had such great like with the 2 iPaq's that I've owned. Some would say that I paid too much, but I've had very good luck with Compaq's/HP's service and support, that I think that I will stick with my iPaq.
