Search Forum Complaint
I really hate to do this because I enjoy this forum so much and it has helped me out of more than one bind, not to mention taught me many new tricks I did not know. But maybe by posting a complaint I can try to fix the problem...or someone can tell me what I am doing wrong.
As I said, I often use the forum to fix a problem. And as we all know the best way to do that is to search if someone had the problem before. So with a problem in mind on Microsoft Plus! Sync & Go I hit the search button and type in "Microsoft Plus! Sync & Go" and get an entry from every recent article and post. Only one post (the last one) of two pages of posts has any reference to the program. What am I doing wrong...this is not the first time this has happened to me. Am I not using the search options correctly (I tried just about any combination) or is it some flaw in the search itself?
:soapbox:

I find this happens to me as well. I have to change the search criteria from Any terms to All terms (or something like that).

Right, make sure you searching "all terms"
If you search for "microsoft sync" and have used the default "any terms" you will get threads where "microsoft" was mention or where "sync" was mentioned or where they were both mentioned.
If you choose "all terms" you'll only get threads where both words are in the thread.

Another important trick: phpBB doesn't index words of length two or less. So search for "Plus Sync", and select All, but don't put "Go".
Just occurred to me that I should ask Fabrizio to put that in the template.
