Default PhotoMesa: Zoomable Image Browser

http://www.windsorinterfaces.com/photomesa.shtml

"PhotoMesa is a zoomable image browser. It allows the user to view multiple directories of images at once, and uses simple navigation commands to smoothly zoom in and out."

These are the guys who made DateLens, so zoomable interfaces are their specialty. They've also got a desktop version.

This might be *very* interesting if it supported a broader array of graphic formats.....e.g., bmp, psd, tiff, & RAW.

I agree that support for other file formats would improve PhotoMesa, but as it stands it is already a great product. One of the few I've seen that works well and effectively takes advantage of my 3.5 iPaq screen and my 19 inch desktop screen while maintaining the interface - DateLens being one of the others. I've tested it with ~5000 photos (on the desktop!) and it scales well. :way to go:

Thanks for your comments - we will be supporting more file formats in the next release. (And yes, our upgrades are always free).

I think this is one of the best photo viewers I have ever used. I downloaded the demo and realized that this is an extremely intuitive way to look at photos.
