etalianstallion Intellectual Join Date: Dec 2002 Posts: 224		External Hard-Drive Enclosure (USB or FireWire) Hi, I have an extra 3.5 hard drive and would like to make it an external storage device. My friend tells me they have external enclosures with either USB or FireWire interfaces (or even both). Any recommendations on which one to get? There are many out there and I'm not sure (outside of the available interfaces) which one is good. Also, is it possible that the drive is powered by either the USB or FireWire cables (rather by an ext AC power source)? Thanks!
