Default Help connecting to the internet via D-link, please

I have a Belkin wifi-router connected to 2 boxes via wires (neither of the boxes is wireless) and I just got a D-link 802.11-b wi-fi CF card for my Ipaq 3660. I have cable for Internet acess. How do I configure my Ipaq to connect to the internet . It is not doing it automatically :?
