TodayPlayer: MP3 Player For Your Today Screen
Here's a nice piece of freeware for those of you who like to play music in the background while you're working. While the playlist editor is full-screen, the actual playback program only occupies a small slice of your Today screen.

It's only available for Windows Mobile 2003 right now, but Pocket PC 2002 support is apparently forthcoming within the next few weeks.

SWEET! Janak, pleasedo let us know when the 2002 version comes out. This looks great. How's the playback quality?

And ya just gotta love software that you can download to your PDA and install directly!

Just yesterday I was thinking what a good idea this would be. First there was the post about PocketMusic, and now this! You're all reading my mind! TodayPlayer is exactly what I wanted. Now to try it out. Oh, my today screen is crowded these days.

I've been using this for a like 2 weeks now (still on v1.02.00). It's a great app indeed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, of course.

Until this player supports OGG, I will never switch from GSPlayer.
