Default Monster 2.2 oz Dorito nugget found in Texas

"The Giant Cheeto of 2003 weighed a mere 6/10th of an ounce - this monster Dorito nugget weighs a full 2.2 ounces! Found in a vending machine snack-sized bag of Doritos by an unemployed Quality Engineer while attending a mandatory help-you-find-a-job Texas Workforce Commission seminar in Austin, Texas, on October 1, 2003."

I don't know what's more pathetic: The fact that someone is selling this in the first place or that the current price is over US$200 after only ten bids. I'll be stunned if either the bids or the auction itself aren't cancelled before the auction ends.

This makes me feel sad for all of humanity. It also makes the baby Jesus cry in case anyone was wondering.

This is another proof that some people have too much money to spare, and too little life. Really sad.

The high bids might be from friends of the "owner".

Shill bidding? But that's against eBay's terms of service. Surely people wouldn't do that!

Heh. In *this* case, I think they're *expecting* the friend to win...
