Default Bug in Pocket IE 2003

Hi all,

I'm having some problems with Pocket IE in 2003... If I have a web page with a link to http://site.com/info.cfm?detail=true&part=front, Pocket IE translates it to http://site.com/info.cfm?detail=true∂=front. Notice the ∂...

Doing a google on ∂ returns a number of hits regarding '∂' or 'nabla' as it is called, but in order to display it, it usually requires a ; at the end.

If I tap in the address directly, it works fine, but when you click on a link with '∂' in it, it converts it to the ∂. ACK! I've checked ρ and ε and they also get erroneously converted.

Where do I go to file this so that it gets FIXED?

Try it out for yourself at http://vetpda.ucdavis.edu/nabla.htm
It works fine on the desktop (has the correct query parameters), but is broken on the PDA.
