Beginner Outlook/outlook express questions
I have windows XP O.S.
have Outlook express with the messenger service disabled.
installed outlook from my toshiba 740 e software.
also (try) to use Activesync for moving data to/from pda>Pc
there is also trusync software installed for syncing with a motorola phone.
Here are the problems:
1) cannot receive any e-mail messeges into outlook (I can in outlook exp)
2) cannot send out any e-mail from outlook express
3) Unable to get any data (Pics., files) of any-kind into the "Folders" from pc to ppc
Here is what I can(or did) do: Duplicated ALL my e-mail, properties,settings from outlook express into outlook, made outlook my default e-mail . Called the isp (no support for outlook, only supports express). Tried disabling outlook express as much as I could in th PC.
I can synch my calander & contacts also phone on the pc from the ppc,
I can drag and drop into folders on the PC, but, they do not end up anywhere on the ppc after synching.
I am a brand new user with VERY limited computer experience so please bear with me on these questions... If anyone can help me get started I appreciate it lots thanks..
