T-Mobile/O2 XDA/Siemens SX56 Power Sync Charging USB Cable The generous people at Gomadic sent me a USB sync/charge cable for my XDA, and I love it! Like all Gomadic cables, the plastic is soft and flexible, and doesn't get locked into a certain position over time like some cables do. I find cables like this are perfect for travelling since I usually take my laptop with me if I'm going away long enough to exhaust the battery on my Pocket PC. One less bulky AC adaptor to carry with me.

And since we're in the season of giving, Gomadic gave me two extra cables to give away! The first two XDA/T-Mobile owners to post a response to this message will get a cable sent to them (please only post if you can use this item). If you're not lucky enough to be one of the winners, you can still get a 10% discount using the coupon code "ppcthoughts". That coupon code also functions as an affiliate code for us. Spread the joy I say! :bday:

			 Woohoo! I win!
To clearify, I'm waiting for my T-mobile to get here, then I can put this to use.

this should have been the XDA/Tmobile photo contest instead of the serial cable giveaway. who still uses serial cables anyways?

By the way, this cable will also sync and charge the Orange SPV Smartphone.

I guess my question is why people prefer this type of cable so much. When I'm near a desk with lots of workspace, I prefer a cradle, because it makes it easy to see my Pocket PC screen. When I don't have a lot of space, I use IR or WiFi to synch.
