Default Klear Screen for LCD screens

http://www.pocketpctechs.com/klear.asp

I've honestly never had that much trouble cleaning my Pocket PC screen - a little hot breath, a soft cotton t-shirt, and it's clean. Occasionally I'd get some odd gunk on it that wouldn't quite come off, so out came the fingernails to scratch it off - not the best plan in the world. I recently became the proud father of twins, and I tried one of these Klear Screen wipes, and was blown away at how well they cleaned my boys! Worked great on the laptop screen as well. If you're looking for a good cleaning product, I recommend these highly - I've tried several "wipe" products, and these are the only ones I've tried that were worth anything.

"Klear Screen contains a unique 3-step liquid polymer-based formula that LIFTS and DISSOLVES surface contaminants and fingerprints, floating debris off the screen surface, leaving an ANTI-STATIC coating which dramatically reduces surface friction & wear, resists fingerprinting and provides a renewable protective screen barrier. Don't make a $2,000 mistake cleaning your laptop or computer screen with a $2 glass cleaner & a paper towel!"

Do you think those wipes would work on a Pocket PC? I wouldn't mind having a protective coating that resists fingerprints.

Oops - looks like I got a little too off-topic with my post. :-) They're designed for any LCD screen, including the Pocket PC, which is why the Pocket PC tech guys are selling them. 8)

Default Testimonial time

My wife's family came over last night. Her brother has a 4 year old autistic grandson. He's usually OK but last night he seemed to be quite frantic. He was into everything. He was also dragging around a bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos that he was eating and spilling. My wife came to me at one point and said that Isaiah had put his hand on the big screen TV. OK, I thought I can deal with a handprint. Well, after they left, I went in to clean the 50 inch screen with Windex. YIKES! It wasn't a handprint. It looked like he had played 'paint the Van Gogh' on the screen with his Nacho cheese Dorito hands! Greasy smears and bits of chips all over the place.

Windex wasn't going to cut it I thought, so I grabbed the Klear Screen that came with my WriteProtectors. After a bit of patience and numerous applications and wiping (wax on, wax off), my screen was cleaner than ever. The surface now feels almost frictionless. We'll see how it fairs against little kids greasy hands (or a teenage girls lipstick - but that's another story).

I must recommend this stuff after using it. It works very well.
