Default Windows Media Player for Pocket PC SDK 8.01

http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/default.asp?URL=/downloads/sample.asp?url=/msdn-files/027/001/877/msdncompositedoc.xml

Today looks like a big day for the Pocket PC Windows Media Player!

"The Microsoft Windows Media Player for Pocket PC Software Development Kit (SDK) describes how to customize Windows Media Player for Pocket PC by creating skins for the standalone player or by embedding the Windows Media Player Control for Pocket Internet Explorer in a Web page for viewing on a Pocket PC device. The Windows Media Player for Pocket PC SDK provides this information in two major sections:

Windows Media Player for Pocket PC Skin Development Kit: A skin is a custom user interface that is created using a text file and artwork that you provide. A skin definition file describes the placement of the artwork and the functionality that accompanies the controls you have designed. This section of the SDK describes everything you need to know to create a skin.

Windows Media Player Control for Pocket Internet Explorer SDK: The Windows Media Player Control for Pocket Internet Explorer is a Microsoft ActiveX control that can be embedded in a Web page and programmed using Microsoft JScript. This section explains how to embed the control and provides a complete reference of the properties, methods, and events supported by the control."
