Telcontar announces Microsoft Windows CE for Automotive 3.5 features company's core library and tools. Telcontar is a provider of a software platform for location-based services. They have a server product called Drill Down Server enables services such as "driving directions, real-time traffic information, and maps. The company's services are also used by emergency response call centers as well as for fleet tracking and dispatch."
