"Unknown Album" tag will not let me enter album title
Hello,
I began ripping a disc that the new Zune software did not recognize. I manually entered the information and dowloaded the artwork. The artwork appeared on the PC, but did not appear on the device. What went wrong? Later, I found another copy of the SAME cd, deleting the previous cd information and began ripping the new CD. It ripped normally, gave song and artwork and album artist information, but would not allow me to change the album title. It would only say, "Album Unknown." I've deleted and re-entered several times, but somewhere it's keeping the information from the first disc I entered. Is there a way to COMPLETELY delete the file and start fresh? Thanks for your help!
