Sprint 700wx resets to wrong time zone.

Default Sprint 700wx resets to wrong time zone.
We have several Sprint Treo 700wx smartphones. Ever since I have installed the DST update when a person travels outside the Eastern Standard Time Zone and then returns, the phone timezone resets back to Eastern Standard Time Zone-Indiana. I have to manual change the time zone back to Eastern Standard Time. Has anyone experienced this problem and if they have what has been your solution. Does anyone have a solution. When I talk to Sprint they say that they have not heard of this happening.
