Microphone Not working

Default Microphone Not working
My microphone stopped working last week. It's the only function on the phone not working.

If I use a headset either wired or BT others can hear me.
If I use voice commands the phone responds.
If I try to speak to someone via the microphone or use the voice recorder the microphone does not work.

If anyone has any suggestions please advise.

I have already tried a hard reset and currently running version 1.43 on the ROM.
