cannot receive emails on my smt 5600

Default Mike: Please help.
Since you have a smt 5600 (ATT), your help will be appreciated. I cannot receive emails on my smt 5600. They come through as text messages. Would you please provide the correct settings - I also have the ATT version.

Here are the settings given to me by the Cingular tech dep't:
server: pop3
account name: pop3
network: the internet
incoming server: pop.mymmode.com
outgoing server: smtp.mymmode.com
no check at ssl or outgoing server requires authentication
